  • a. During the application process, we only request documents that are necessary to evaluate an applicant's eligibility, such as proof of income and identification.
  • b. We do not ask for or consider any information that may infringe upon an applicant's rights or may lead to discriminatory practices.
• Decision-Making:
  • a. Applications are reviewed in the order they are received, and decisions are based solely on the established screening criteria.
  • b. All applicants meeting the criteria will be considered equally, and we do not engage in any form of preferential treatment or discriminatory practices.
• Communication:
  • a. Our communication with applicants is professional and based on the information relevant to their application status.
  • b. We provide equal access to information, respond promptly to inquiries, and ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the selection process.
