The assistance provided by Newcurb in finding an apartment in Amsterdam was very professional: clear and smooth communication, quick replies to my questions and in general a very helpful and nice attitude. I was dreading the apartment hunting due to previous bad experience, but with Newcurb (and especially with the help of Ewout) everything went smoothly, I've found an apartment within 10 days :) also, they don't abandon you once you sign the contract, they are available to help with the utilities, etc. I would definitely recommend them if you are navigating the challenging Amsterdam rental market.

Voor de verhuur van ons luxe penthouse zijn we zorgvuldig te werk gegaan. We hebben 4 makelaars uitgenodigd, die we allen twee gesproken hebben. Amando van Newcurb stak daar duidelijk boven uit. En hij heeft het ook in het latere traject volledig waargemaakt.
Amando heeft laten zien dat hij een grote kennis van zaken heeft, zeer zorgvuldig te wek gaat en alles tot in de puntjes voorbereidt en afwerkt. Hij beheerst het proces tussen zichzelf, de verhuurder en de huurder. Hij heeft marktinzicht. We zagen dat ook de huurder Amando bedankte voor zijn kennis van zaken en prettige manier van werken.
Mochten we ooit een nieuwe huurder zoeken of de woning willen verkopen, dan is onze keuze nu al gemaakt. Een aanrader!
